01 General Terms & Conditions

Karkiya (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved countries. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Karkiya website, mobile application, and all related services.

• Operating multiple accounts from a single device or IP address is prohibited.

03 Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on Karkiya. Age is verified at registration, and additional documents may be requested if needed. If anyone under 18 opens an account using false information, the account will be closed and all transactions voided.

Additionally, residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law may not use Karkiya. Compliance with the laws of your local jurisdiction is entirely your own responsibility. Karkiya reserves the right to block access from any restricted region.

04 Payments & Transactions

Karkiya accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and various banking channels. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed on the platform's cashier page.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Payments from third parties are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes.
• If a deposit takes an unusually long time to appear, please notify our support team.
• Karkiya reserves the right to hold any suspicious transaction pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

• A specific wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Karkiya are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please review the market, odds, and terms carefully before placing a bet. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Karkiya reserves the right to void or reassess the affected bets.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set individually for each market.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Winnings from bets placed on intentionally false information will be forfeited.
• Using multiple accounts to gain a betting advantage is strictly prohibited.

07 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw from Karkiya. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though in exceptional circumstances an investigation may cause a delay.

• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit, where applicable.

• Withdrawals above a certain amount may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• If any fee applies to a withdrawal, you will be informed in advance.
• Withdrawals involving suspicious activity will be processed subject to investigation.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Karkiya. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Manipulating or attempting to unfairly influence the system.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or error on the platform for personal gain.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Harassing or disturbing other users.

11 Account Closure

Karkiya may also close an account for the following reasons: breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, access from a restricted region, prolonged inactivity, or legal requirements. Where possible, notice will be given before closure.

12 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises with Karkiya, please contact our customer service team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all issues within 72 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached through customer service, the matter will be escalated to a higher authority.

These Terms and all disputes are governed by applicable international gaming law and the regulations of our licensing authority. Disputes will first be referred to arbitration before any court proceedings are initiated.
